Ledson developed Swedish design

Epix9+ Wide is an LED auxiliary light kit that combines stylish, proprietary Swedish design with modern technology. The product is designed to deliver high performance, long life and good energy efficiency in demanding environments. The premium material construction is dimensioned to withstand harsh conditions and high demands on auxiliary lighting.

Wider beam pattern for increased safety
Epix9+ Wide Range has a 40° wide beam pattern that covers a larger area and provides good visibility even in more challenging environments. The wide beam pattern makes it easier to spot obstacles in good time, which contributes to increased safety for both drivers and other road users. Epix9+ Wide can be combined with Epix9+ to create a beam pattern that provides both long range and wide coverage. The combination of these two variants provides a balanced beam pattern suitable for, for example, road driving and off-road driving.

Swedish design developed in-house
Epix9+ from Ledson is a series of auxiliary lights with a Swedish design, developed in-house by Ledson, where performance and design work together. The series gives vehicles a unique and exclusive look with high brightness and a design that attracts attention. Light performance and design are coordinated to provide a clear and functional whole.

Dynamic position light
Epix9+ is equipped with a dynamic position light that turns on with a continuous movement from one side of the auxiliary light to the other before full brightness is achieved. This feature gives the vehicle a clear and recognisable light character.

Pulse-controlled powerboost
Epix9 is equipped with Ledson powerboost, an extra power mode for occasions when maximum brightness is desired. The light mode is activated by a simple manoeuvre with the high beam lever, making it possible to quickly adjust the amount of light as needed. With the new generation of powerboost from Ledson, switching between modes is done via the light horn (strobeing with the high beam lever) according to the specified steps. The Auxiliary light is supplied in E-approved mode, and the powerboost mode is activated according to the accompanying instructions.

Installation of Epix9+ on the vehicle
Connection: Ledson Connect 4-pin cable sets are used for easy connection of auxiliary lights with ready-made connectors. The cable sets are adapted for vehicles with halogen, xenon or LED high beams. The Plug & Play function means that installation can be carried out without complicated connections by using the supplied power tap or adapter cable (accessories), without damaging the vehicle's original wiring. Both auxiliary lights and position lights can be controlled via the wiring. With a supplementary switch cable (7801009), the auxiliary lights can be switched off in fog or snow, for example. The system is compatible with XBB, which provides a solution particularly suitable for vehicles with xenon or LED lights, where the XBB Dongle and Power Unit enable connection without affecting the original wiring.
Mounting: Epix9+ can be mounted with a number plate holder or tube bracket for a discreet and stable installation. Various mounting options are available as accessories.
